Manage Volunteers
Managing volunteers across multiple campaigns is currently fragmented and time-consuming, requiring admins to track registrations, approvals, capacity, and attendance across disconnected tools and manual processes. This leads to missed actions, inconsistent communication, over- or under-booking, and poor visibility into who needs attention at any given time.

Without a centralised way to review volunteer status, automate routine actions, and manage capacity in real time, the process does not scale as volunteer volume increases. Admins need a single, structured interface that allows them to configure opportunities, triage registrations, assign responsibility, and track participation efficiently—without relying on spreadsheets, emails, or workarounds.
User Scenario 1: Volunteer event attendance
On the day of the event, the admin accesses the Manage Volunteers screen from their laptop. Using the check-in toggles, they mark volunteers as they arrive. For a virtual participant, the auto check-in setting records attendance automatically.

Mange volunteer registrations & monitor session capacity- Volunteer spots counter, minimum enabled indicator, waitlist count, add volunteer

Assign team leaders and checkin volunteers - Status tabs (New, Approved, Cancelled, Waitlisted), visual highlighting for pending approvals

Organise pre-session training - similar tech requirements to the volunteer event

Collect registration questions to cater to the event - Registration question section, survey results link

Flexible approval process - Auto-approve registrations, auto-check-in settings
