The product required four role-specific dashboards that deliver relevant functionality, clarity, and insight for every user.

  • Enterprise Financial Managers manage corporate matching budgets and ensure donation funds are accurately processed.
     

  • Enterprise Managers define strategy, build community, and track participation and impact.
     

  • Enterprise Employees want an intuitive way to give back and volunteer, with visibility into their personal and collective impact.
     

  • Charitable Organisations promote initiatives, manage events, and connect with corporate partners.
     

  • Catalyser Super-Users administer access, permissions, and account consolidation to maintain system integrity.

Super-User Dashboard 

 

When managing the platform at scale, the Super-User needs a central dashboard to oversee companies, charities, usage, and system performance, so they can maintain control, ensure accuracy, and support growth.

When overseeing all client companies, I want to:​
 

  • Create and onboard new companies and charities through a guided onboarding flow
     

  • View and manage contracts, including uploading and storing contract documentation
     

  • View and manage donations 
     

  • Monitor company-level statistics, including:

    • Number of users

    • Login activity

    • Total donations

    • Volunteer hours
       

  • Understand which features are enabled per company, such as:

    • Donations

    • Volunteering

    • Matching

    • Payroll giving
       

  • Identify supported and active companies at a glance
     

  • Track engagement metrics, including page views and likes
     

  • Toggle between list view and card view
     

  • Switch between the enterprise view and charity view
     

  • View of outstanding tasks
     

To do this effectively, I need:

  • Robust filtering and segmentation, including:

    • Country / region

    • Features used

    • Company status
       

  • Clear visibility into feature adoption and engagement, so I can identify gaps, opportunities, and support needs

Enterprise Manager Dashboard 

 

The Employer Dashboard enables managers to oversee, configure, and optimise employee impact programs from a single view.

When customising my employee dashboard, I want to:​
 

  • View outstanding tasks
     

  • Configure my employee dashboard to promote specific employee tasks, carousel highlights, partnered charities, featured collections and set employee volunteer leave.
     

  • A calendar of upcoming charitable events the company can start preparing for 
     

  • Monitor company-level statistics, including:

    • Number of users

    • Login activity

    • Total donations

    • Volunteer hours
       

  • Popular charities and events employees are donating or volunteering
     

  • Create and manage fundraisers and volunteering events
     

  • Manage Donations

Employee Dashboard 

 

The Employee Dashboard is designed to motivate participation and make giving and volunteering easy, personal, and rewarding.

Employees want to:​
 

  • Encourage employees to create fundraiser
    and log volunteer hours
     

  • Featured events and fundraisers based on interest
    and browsing history
     

  • Allow employees to explore the causes they care about
     

  • Actionable items for employees:

    • Use Volunteer leave

    • Corporate matching 

    • Use available gift card

    • Donate through payroll
       

  • Company organised fundraisers and volunteer events
     

  • Team events
     

  • Tracking own fundraiser

Charity Dashboard 

 

The Charity Organisation Dashboard enables charities to promote their mission, manage programs, and engage employees at scale.

Charity Organisations want to:​
 

  • Create and manage fundraiser and Volunteer events
     

  • Manage donations and payment accounts
     

  • Allow employees to explore the causes they care about
     

  • User access management
     

  • Setup Charity profile selecting cause categories 
     

  • Access Reports and insights
