I've worked on multiple projects including rebranding the app with it's current look and feel, as well as, working with third party suppliers to integrate Prepaid
Auto-recharge and Live chat within the app in an agile environment. Taking into account business objectives and user pain points, I've collaborated with UX and helped with user testing to expand 'Optus Perks' into My Optus app.
