My Optus app with 3 million users is a significant customer touchpoint for Optus.
I've worked on multiple projects including rebranding and developing a new component library. It also included working with third party suppliers to integrate Prepaid Auto-recharge and Live chat within the app in an agile environment. Taking into account business objectives and user pain points, I've collaborated with UX and helped with user testing to expand 'Optus Perks' into My Optus app.

Virgin Mobile is a brand that needs no introduction. It is a Global telco company that reaches a customer base of 2 million in Australia. The mobile application includes 4 self - service features including Usage check, Bill payment, purchase of Data packs.
As lead UI designer within a Product team, the objective was to reskin The Virgin app to reflect the brand attributes and develop a visual language that ensured consistency in user experience.
