Business problem:

  • Needs a CMS system that can be used across multiple umbrella brands and dynamic enough that marketing team can manage independently. They are currently relying too heavily on agency and suppliers.

  • Restructure the site according to user needs as it is difficult to navigate with hidden content

  • Want to build and maintain a community

  • Current site does not reflect brand values

  • Consistent size for dynamic image content to ensure efficiency and ease of use

  • Need to add and remove events easily

  • Each new event to generate an edm
